Mental health is a fundamental right. Speaking of it a necessity. What can deteriorate our mental health? What can enhance it? What is the role of mental health services in prevention, treatment and health education? How do they help or harm individuals and families? What transformations are needed to improve everyone’s health?
Throughout 2022, on the 1st Wednesday of each month, the Romão de Sousa Foundation will promote informal, free and online dialogues on topics related to mental health. Every month we will have one or more guests, national and international, whether professionals, patients, families or the general public. We will talk about experiences, emotions and relationships.
